Breton Stripes and Sunny Days

If I could just wear one kind of top for the rest of my life, it would be breton striped. I could seriously wear them all day everyday. Days when I don't want to think twice about cloths, rushed out Mondays, period 1st days, days when I feel bloated, days when I am happy; basically breton stripes is bae.

There I said it, I used bae in a blog post, I am officially a wannabe teenager now. I used to hate that word, and now I cannot stop using it. Bae is bae. I use it as an abbreviation, before anyone else. Now scroll up and read the sentence again, fits right in doesn't it? Breton Stripes is bae, period. It's like the french fries for cloths. Since I don't have a sweet tooth, my comfort food is French Fries, and not ice cream. Do you get it? French fries = Breton Stripes? That's how much I love it.

Now sunny days, sunny days give me that warm fuzzy feeling in my stomach. I am so much more nicer than I am on a rainy day. I am helpful, kind, joyous, empathetic, productive, happy on sunny days. I get to wear my fake Ray ban shades (I have a real one too), flip flops, shorts, drink iced drinks, go out, live, enjoy, listen to kygo, listen to summer time sadness, dance, jump, and smile.

If you're still reading, you might be wondering, what's the point of this blog post? The point is, nothing. There is no point whatsoever. I am just vomiting out words/thoughts as they appear in my mind, which reminds me that I wanted to emphasise on that lace detail on the d├ęcolletage. How pretty is that? That's like the cherry on top of french fries.

If you're still on this page, go subscribe to my Youtube channel because I am going to do one video every single day from 1st September till 26th September, and you are going to love it. I am going to die a little every single day working so hard, but it will be totally worth it. So, GO SUBSCRIBE.

The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Review

The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Body Butter Review

Body shop has very recently launched their Fuji Green Tea Range here and I was very happy to try the entire range out. The revitalising Fuji Green Tea Range contains the essence of pure green tea from Mount Fuji, Japan. The fragrance of this range very refreshing and stimulating. It smells like it has some citrus extract, very lemony, flowery and green tea-ish. The scent leaves you feeling very fresh, and uplifted.

The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Shower Gel, Rs 425 for 250ml:
The shower gel comes in their standard clear bottle, lathers really well, smells divine, and does exactly what it says. It's very soothing, cleanses your body without drying it out and leaves you feeling very refreshed. The fragrance doesn't really linger on your body for very long, but it surely does leave your bathroom smelling like a spa.

The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Body Scrub, Rs 1295 for 250ml:
This scrub comes in a slightly different packaging than it's former peers. It comes in a clear plastic tub, with a metal closure. The scrub is gel based, with white micro granules and green beads that exfoliate your skin very gently. I use it all over my damp body, rub it gently in a circular motion and rinse it away. Despite the small size of the exfoliant, it exfoliates the body extremely well, makes your skin feel smoother and cleaner instantly. It feels like the scrub has infused moisture into your skin after you rinse it off. You'll love applying this in your bath.

The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Body Butter, Rs 1095 for 200ml:
I am absolutely in love with this body butter. It's light, creamy and very fast absorbing and the perfect step to use after the scrub. I love how creamy it is but doesn't leave your body feeling oily or greasy. It's the best for people with combination skin. I apply this all over my body right after I am out of the shower. If you've used all the products from the same range, the scent starts to linger on your body now, but the body butter alone has a stronger scent than the scrub and shower gel. The formula is bit on the heavier side, but if you want something lighter you can try the sorbet or body lotion from the same range.

The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Eau De Cologne, Rs 1295 for 100ml:
This is my favourite from the range because this actually makes the fragrance last longer. I like to apply this on my neck, under my ears, on my elbows, wrist and behind my knees right after I apply the body butter. If you can't tell already, the smell of this range is very invigorating, which is why I love it when I can get a sudden whiff of it when I'm working when air blows past me. Someone actually told me that I smelled really fresh when I hugged him.

I would highly recommend this range, if you're looking into diving into a new beauty regime for your bath. If I had to pick just one, then I'd pick the body scrub, and then pick up the cologne as well because I never pick one.

Kerastase Elixir Ultime Creme Review

Kerastase Elixir Ultime Creme Review

Kerastase Elixir Ultime Creme Review

With monsoon comes extremely frizzy hair, and that's why I was so excited to try out the new Kerastase Elixir Ultime Creme. This oil in cream smoothes my hair shaft and leaves it extremely soft and shiny, without weighing it down.

How to use it:
I like to take a coin sized amount, spread it in between my palms to warm up the product a little bit, spread it evenly onto wet hair, and let it air dry. This is also perfect as a heat protectant before blow drying, it lets the hair glide smoothly through the comb and also helps the hair dry soon.

How is it:
The first this you'll notice is the fragrance, it smells absolutely delicious and rich. Very fruity & florally, presuming ha The second thing you'll notice is that your palms will be glittery. Yes, it has glitter particles in it, which helps the hair look really shiny. Thirdly, it's an oil in cream, which means you could use this instead of a hair oil to deeply condition you hair, just take more than a coin sized amount and apply it all over the length before you go to sleep. This will help you if you have damaged hair and prevent split ends.

How much is it for:
For Rs 3600 this product falls into the expensive category, but it definitely works and if you're someone who has damaged, dry, and extremely frizzy hair, give this a go and you wouldn't regret it.

How to get it:
You'll find Kerastase in all of the leading salons in India like Jean Claude Biguine, Envi, etc, and also online on,,,

Lotus Curved Liquid Liner Review

The lotus curved eyeliner intrigued me enough to pick it off the shelves despite the price being Rs 725. It's waterproof, smudge proof, and most importantly promises an error free application.

Watch me apply it and my review on it, in this video.

Let me know if you would want to try this out, talk to me in the comments down below.
